DEPOSIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To confirm your order for an event, we require a 50% non refundable deposit. This ensures you will have the items requested for your event.

If your event has to cancel for any reason, we will hold the deposit and you can use it at another time. The deposit will not expire, and it can be used on other items!

The 50% deposit allows us to cover business expenses, we appreciate your understanding that your deposit keeps our business a float and running!

If you have paid 100% of your booking, you are entitled to have 50% deposited back to you. Again, we will hold the remaining 50% as your deposit.
