Delivery Terms & Conditions

Please note if no one is home to receive the balloons and if we can not find a safe space to leave the balloons, we will attempt to contact you to find a solution. If we cannot make contact the balloons will be at the office awaiting your contact.

If it is deemed safe to leave the balloons outside, also weather permitted, we take a photo and text/email you the photo for confirmation. If it was deemed safe for balloons to be left outside but you do not find the balloons as in the picture due to number reasons - e.g. weather turned, wind or balloons were stolen, we are not obligated to refund as per the authority to leave.

The time of delivery will vary depending on our availability and our orders on that day.
